Play Base Learning
Yesterday Room 11,
Did a Play Base about, Room 11 playing with different objects that, Where given to us from other classes. This Term Room 11 will be doing it once a week. I am still not sure if we are going to be doing it next Term?
To be very honest, It was actually fun to play with things, instead of playing outside. We do this almost the whole middle block.
Room 11 had a fun! day playing all Middle Block. I enjoyed seeing peoples smile, And jumping from chair to chair. During our play, Someone dressed up as JESUS! It was fun chasing him around but, We used chairs to build a Parkour and ended the parkour in the Cloak Bay.

Dawn Raid
Dawn Raids
In 1970s to the early 1980s, The Dawn Raid was a common thing in Auckland,
New Zealand. Back then it was called " Police Raid " but in these days it's called Dawn Raid.
- Who was involved?
Who ever was involved in this tragic situation it was, Islanders and Police. The Police where involved to barge into peoples house and needing the islanders passports from identification.
- What Happened?
Every Dawn Morning Police would barge into islanders house with the governments permission to get identification from the islanders they see.
- Why did it happen?
I think it happened because the islanders entered a restricted area where islanders weren't meant to be in.
- Why where the white people racist?
They where racist because islanders and black people where offending the white people when the islanders and black people did nothing.
- How would the white people feel?
I think they would feel bad of what they've done to the islanders or at the same time they would feel good about it because they feel predicated that they've don't their job. Sometimes when they are doing their job they have to do it but at the same time like I said that they feel bad.

Anzac Silhouette's
Last week Room 11 made silhouettes that relate to Anzac Day. We were only to use 3 colours but others chose to use Four. The colours I used to colour was the sunset background. It may not look like a real background but it's worth a try.

Anzac Day is one of the MOST inspirational day when people come around and celebrate their deaths of those who fought for New Zealand and Australia.
Anzac Day day is the time when we remember the memories of those that went out to war for both countries.
